Our commercial electrical projects

comply with the specific electrical regulations and we ensure all works are completed efficiently to minimise any disruption to your business or site. We do undertake some commercial work outside of normal working hours to avoid disruption. Please ask us about this when requesting a quote.

For all new work carried out we will provide risk assessments and method statement. We keep a catalogue of these documents for all work carried out on site.

We carry out work in offices of varying sizes from small businesses to large corporates. We also carry out work on retail premises from small shops to large retail units.

We carry out electrical installation and certification. When testing circuits within commercial premises we can provide and electrical installation condition report which is a requirement for insurances.

Lighting refurbishments and conversion to LED

Many offices and retail units are now converting their compact fluorescent and incandescent lighting to LED lighting to save on running costs and ongoing maintenance.

Before committing to make the switch to LED, we can provide a cost savings report alongside your quote to help in your decision making. The cost savings report will provide projections on current energy costs for lighting and what the savings from switching to LED will be. If you decide to go ahead, we are able to carry out your entire lighting refurbishment.

We also undertake carpark lighting refurbishments for our clients which can be converted to LED.
